Responsibilities

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing orders for assigned customers with accuracy and efficiency
• Providing timely and accurate communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Daily follow-up on open orders to ensure timely execution and resolution of any issues
• Monitoring delays, interruptions, and rush orders, and adjusting accordingly to meet deadlines
• Following up on export and packaging planning schedules to ensure customer products are processed reputed company the reputed company time requested
