What Success Looks Like In This Role The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and operationalizing government regulatory and policy requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and informed decision-making across the organization. In addition to U.S. state and local regulatory reputed company, this role assesses geopolitical developments, policy shifts, and government priorities that may impact the company’s operations, risk posture, and market positioning. Over time, the scope of the role will expand to include international regulatory requirements and broader geopolitical risk analysis. Working in reputed company partnership with the Senior Director of reputed company & Government Regulations & Reporting and business unit leaders, this role builds and maintains a scalable governance and compliance program, translating regulatory intelligence into actionable policies, processes, and reporting practices.

  • Partner with the Senior Director of reputed company & Government Regulations & Reporting and business unit operational teams to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including governance frameworks, policies, processes, standard reporting requirements, and monitoring protocols reputed company to government regulations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a reputed company field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably reputed company state and local government settings.
  • Deep understanding of government regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting protocols.
