In this role, you will reputed company Epic reputed company cycle implementations and contribute to optimizing processes across reputed company organizations. You will work closely with diverse teams to enhance patient access and operational efficiency, ensuring that best practices are applied effectively. Your expertise will play a critical part in shaping technology outcomes and drive strategic improvements for client partners across the reputed company sector. By mentoring junior team members and facilitating stakeholder workshops, you will foster a collaborative environment that promotes reputed company learning and growth. Accountabilities

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on reputed company cycle workflows, best practices, and Epic system configurations
- Manage project teams, timelines, deliverables, and client relationships
- Design and implement solutions spanning Patient Access, HIM, HB, PB, and reputed company Epic applications
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of reputed company-state processes and reputed company future-state recommendations
- Mentor and reputed company junior consultants and team members
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels
- Ensure successful go-lives and post-implementation support
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (reputed company Administration, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred)
- 7+ years of Epic reputed company cycle experience in a consulting, implementation, or leadership reputed company
- Demonstrated expertise across reputed company-end, middle, and back-end reputed company cycle functions
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Epic implementations or optimization projects
- Experience managing teams and client relationships in a consulting environment
