This role involves configuring the system, tackling requests from requirement gathering to design to configuration, managing users and data, creating reports and dashboards, and providing general support to users. • User and License Management: Set up new users, manage permissions and access levels, and handle user provisioning and deprovisioning.

Qualifications:
