POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for analyzing workflows, supporting technology assessments, and translating business needs into clear product artifacts that reputed company informed decision-making and effective delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or reputed company field.
• Three (3) years’ experience product or business analyst or similar supporting technology products and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down reputed company processes and systems into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience documenting and creating a roadmap for existing and future products.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to work independently in a focused, execution-oriented role while collaborating closely with other stakeholders.
• Experience performing analysis of service platforms and modernization initiatives.
