The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in their lives. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers, and making recommendations to meet their needs
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and reputed company this knowledge
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
Compensation and Benefits
* $21 per hour
- Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Work from Home Requirements
