Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry and Claims Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our departmental and reputed company initiatives, delivering routine work independently, and making reputed company that apply limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company your role. You will also reputed company your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records, maintain accurate member records, and apply policy provisions to determine necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives reputed company assigned area(s) of responsibility

• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards
• Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately
• Makes routine & non-routine reputed company, applying limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company role except for matters of reputed company which reputed company the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines
• Determines eligibility and confirms effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines
• Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, platforms
• Maintains accurate member records by verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups
• Applies policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes
• Considers the customer experience in reputed company actions, recognizing what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness on system work independently

Essential Qualifications:

* High School or GED (Minimum Required)

• No prior experience required
