Talent Associate Co-op - July 2026 Start (Boston)

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges reputed company to the hiring, development, and/or engagement of Wayfair's workforce
• Use creative skills to innovate & improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and/or performance management to build the best team
• Use data and good judgment to inform decisions around hiring, learning offerings, and/or people policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with key partners and stakeholders such as business leaders, new hires, and managers
• Exercise strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver results and solutions to human capital challenges What You'll Need: Basic Qualifications:
• A student pursuing an undergraduate degree graduating between May 2027 - December 2029 with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from July 6 to December 18, 2026 in our Boston office
• Authorization to work in the United States without reputed company sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. reputed company sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN. Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to be flexible and take responsibility for multiple and changing tasks as necessary Possible Team Placements Include: The Community Experience co-op would support the onsite operations, corporate travel, and employee engagement at the Copley office. Support would vary day to day - it would include a combination of customer service expertise replying to employee inquiries and physical operational support like assisting with event and meeting setups. This role would also support the Community Celebrate function by assisting in the planning and execution of monthly onsite events, engagement and recognition programs, and the 2026 holiday celebration.
