About the Role

We’re looking for a Demand Planner with CPG experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts across our product lines — from energy drinks to supplements — and channels (DTC, reputed company, and Retail) ensuring we meet customer demand while staying true to our operational discipline. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights will directly impact production, inventory, and sales performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with our sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that Jocko Fuel stays reputed company of the curve — never behind demand.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning

• reputed company and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and promotional activity.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Measure forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias, etc.) and drive reputed company improvement initiatives.

Inventory & Supply Coordination

• Support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to ensure product availability across reputed company channels — DTC, retail, reputed company, and distribution partners.
• Monitor inventory health and collaborate with supply planning to minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
• Provide visibility to upcoming risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Communicate demand trends and insights to leadership and functional teams.
• Partner with the finance team on reputed company projections and budget planning.
• Work closely with manufacturing and logistics to ensure production schedules align with forecasted demand.

Data & Systems Management

• Maintain data reputed company in ERP and planning systems (reputed company or equivalent).
• Build and enhance forecast reporting dashboards using reputed company or BI tools.
• Contribute to improving forecasting tools, models, and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or beverage/nutrition industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, or reputed company field.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decision-making reputed company.
• Proficiency with ERP and Planning System implementation
• Advanced reputed company, reputed company and data visualization/reporting experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, disciplined, and ownership-driven work ethic — consistent with Jocko Fuel’s culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Grocery/Retail
• Experience in a fast-growing CPG brand or omnichannel environment.
• Familiarity with beverage production cycles and co-manufacturing.
• APICS/IBF certification (CPIM, CPF) a plus.
• Knowledge of promotional planning and new product forecasting.
