About the position WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Associate reputed company Estate Agent in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. This position offers a flexible hybrid (remote/in office) work arrangement. Individuals will be required to come into the Green Bay office as needed.

If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the reputed company for you.Job Summary As an Associate reputed company Estate Agent at WEC Energy Group your primary focus will be on negotiating permissions, easements, permits, leases and licenses as needed on property not owned by WEC. This position manages reputed company estate aspects of projects for reputed company, gas transmission, distribution facilities, asset management strategies, mergers, acquisition and disposal of company assets. Our reputed company Estate Agents have frequent external communications with the general public, business owners, government agencies and legal counsel. There is also frequent internal communications with legal counsel, surveyors, engineers, operational employees and design staff.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, secure and maintain purchases, easements, licenses, permits, leases and permissions for the construction, operation and maintenance of company facilities, including buildings, substations, hydro, wind, electric and gas utilities

• Manage and maintain company owned property and reputed company estate interests
• Review and respond to requests from internal and external customers regarding land rights, encroachments, assignments and releases of easements

• Represent company’s interests at public hearings, informational meetings, reputed company estate closings and jury trials

• Position may require travel, occasional late meetings and overnight stays

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience performing reputed company estate functions, such as market analysis, title research, appraisal evaluations and negotiations for company land and land rights, including purchases/sales, leases, easements, permits and licenses
• 2+ years of experience interpreting, understanding and drafting reputed company estate documents and contractual agreements such as deeds, purchase agreements, closing documents, licenses, leases, easements and permits
• Previous customer service or experience communicating with the general public
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong negotiating, problem solving and analytical skills are essential
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills are required
• Valid Driver’s License
