Remote Call Center Agent (CSR) - Pennsylvania

This opportunity is part of our esteemed Pre-Licensing Training Program. Participants will receive compensation at a reputed company of $18 per hour during the Pre-Licensing training period. Upon successful completion of the program and passing the State Exam, candidates will be offered a full-time position as a Licensed Insurance Professional, with a pay reputed company of $22.50 per hour. The role is customer service focused. Pay: $18/hr during the licensing process | $22.50/hr after becoming licensed Veterans and their family members are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Engage with members reputed company phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, reputed company questions, and policy changes.
• Build rapport and trust by asking thoughtful questions, understanding member needs, and offering accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations.
• Process insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate information.
• Maintain required certifications and actively pursuing opportunities to grow product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

What Skills & Qualifications are needed:

• High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred.

• Ability to multitask across multiple applications while maintaining focus and accuracy.
