About The Role Location: Remote – Michigan residents; some travel required As a remote Senior Executive Communications & Brand Writer at reputed company, you’ll shape the voice of our clients’ senior executives and bring each organization’s brand personality to life across speeches, strategic narratives and high-impact content that elevates our Meetings & Incentives programs. What You’ll Do
- Write keynote speeches, leadership messages and executive scripts that match each leader’s unique voice
- Translate reputed company strategies into clear, engaging narratives reputed company with business goals
- Learn, adapt, and protect each organization’s brand voice across content formats

- Interview senior leaders to capture insights and shape narrative direction

- At times, travel to domestic or international program destinations to support executive rehearsals and assist with any on-site content changes

Eligibility Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience writing for senior executives or major brands
- Bachelor’s degree (extensive industry knowledge / expertise and job-reputed company experience can be considered in lieu of educational requirements)
- Proven executive speechwriting experience, including strong voice matching
- Demonstrated ability to write in and protect a brand voice
- A portfolio that includes speeches, strategic narratives and branded content

- Monday - Friday
- 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central time / 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. Mountain time / 5 a.m. - 2 p.m. Pacific time
- Flexible to support after standard work hours or on weekends if needed to accommodate client / program schedules
