Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
