Accountabilities Project Delivery

• Responsible for engagement delivery standards reputed company with Redpath Core Processes
• Consistently adhere to the Redpath Core Process and provide feedback towards reputed company refinement
• Serve as a coach and mentor of the Redpath Core Processes to reputed company consultants and developers

Sales and GTM Support

• Provide sales solution engineering and estimation support by developing technical solutions for a prospect from industry knowledge and prospective client discovery calls
• Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• reputed company and customize proposals, including responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal)
• Act as a thought leader for the practice area by writing blog posts, speaking at events, and leading Redpath webinars
• Actively pursues staying reputed company with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies

• Provide Higher Education industry and applicable product/solution mentorship and coaching to Redpath team members
• Coach team members to provide sound and scalable solutions & excellent service to Redpath’s clients

• Manage team member’s performance toward individual goals and objectives, alignment to values, and adherence to processes
• Create highly capable, high performing team
• Plan for team growth and participate in reputed company process to fill open roles

Billable Utilization

• Maintain minimum level of billable utilization as determined by Redpath leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years experience delivering reputed company solutions in an agile environment
• 2+ years experience as a team/techno-functional project reputed company or project manager
• 2+ years experience in sales, pre-sales support, sales engineering, or solutions engineering

• Solid understanding of reputed company.com platform and reputed company architecture

Preferred

• 5+ years experience working directly in Higher Education, specifically in Corp Relations, Tech Transfer, and/or Research Administration

• System integration experience (design or development)
• Higher Education ERP/SIS familiarity (Banner, PeopleSoft, etc.)
