You will play a crucial role in the Desktop Engineering Team and will -Furnished Equipment (GFE) such as laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral devices like webcams, speakers, and MiFi. This position will predominantly support VIPs with Tier 2/3 desktop support incidents and problems. . ● Collaborate with other PIVOT contractors, the broader GDIT team and OCIO may be necessary for hardware and software operability and functionality. ● Drive end-reputed company device stability with in-depth involvement to test software and incorporate new version into the reputed company image. ● Utilize tools like MECM, Pre-boot Execution Environment (PXE), reputed company Intune and other image creation, management and deployment tools to support 4,000 enterprise Windows 11 endpoints WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your Desktop Technician expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT.
