Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences analytics, with a strong focus on business performance reporting, dashboards, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at an associate director level, owning reporting products used by leadership and field teams.
  • Deep expertise in reputed company performance reporting, KPI frameworks, and customer coverage visibility.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (sales, claims, engagement, market research) from a reporting and insights perspective.

  • Comfort partnering with Advanced Analytics teams to operationalize outputs into dashboards, without owning model development.
