At PGIM, You Can! We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join our Debt Capital Markets team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions across various sectors and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of credit markets, and a passion for investment strategy. This is a hybrid role, 3 in-office days minimum, located in our Chicago office
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in the execution and reputed company of debt originations, including construction, reputed company, permanent, fund-level, and unsecured financings.
- Support relationship management with banking and broker partners.
- Analyze market trends and provide updates on debt capital markets, reputed company assumptions, and portfolio strategies.
- Collaborate with Asset Management and Acquisitions teams to reputed company loans and ensure compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update loan information in the Chatham Debt Management system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or reputed company field.
- 4-5 years of experience in debt capital markets, real estate finance, or reputed company discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with loan documentation, financial covenants, and compliance reporting.
