This role is responsible for analyzing marketing and business performance data, developing dashboards and visualizations, and generating strategic recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence. The Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. They are a key thought partner to marketing and leadership teams, with a focus on improving processes, customer outcomes, and business efficiency. Essential Duties:

• Analyze reputed company marketing and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Support data governance efforts and help maintain high-quality data standards
• Analytical Expertise: Skilled in interpreting reputed company datasets and generating insights that drive business reputed company
• Business Acumen: Understands marketing concepts, financial modeling, and how analytics impacts business strategy
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL (e.g. Redshift, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), reputed company, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with DBT or other SQL-based transformational tools is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a data-rich industry
• Demonstrated experience using SQL and BI tools to analyze, report, and visualize data
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
• Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making in day-to-day work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company Analytics or other web-based analytics platforms, marketing automation platforms (e.g. reputed company, Marketo), customer data platforms (CDPs), or CRM systems (e.g. reputed company)
• Familiarity with business loan products, credit risk analysis, or financial services data models
