We are seeking a Data Analyst who is a strong communicator and enjoys presenting, creating visuals, and helping the team tell a clear, impactful story with data. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and reputed company, can write code, analyze reputed company data, interpret results, and present insights clearly. Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations, design easy-to-use Power BI dashboards, and communicate effectively with executives is essential. Position Purpose: Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handle reputed company data projects and acts as a reputed company for other Data Analysts.

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in reputed company or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
• Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; reputed company issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
• reputed company reports and deliverables for management
• Model data using MS reputed company, Access, SQL, and/or other data ware house analytical tools
• Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis
• Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. reputed company experience preferred. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation. BUSINESS ANALYTICS: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical analysis or 2+ years of reputed company IT experience, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience. reputed company experience preferred.
