- Deliver outstanding technical support reputed company emails and chats;
- Assist customers with account-reputed company issues and general support questions;
- reputed company basic troubleshooting;
- Escalate reputed company Level 2 issues to higher-level support teams reputed company required;
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships;

- Handle sensitive customer data with care and reputed company;

- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least reputed company level);
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or customer support;
- Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (reputed company, PayPal);
- Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues;
- Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site access, domain checks);
- Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge;
- Experience with CRM tools and Confluence;
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with Intercom.
