Title: Community Engagement Manager, DEI Position Summary: As the Community Engagement Manager, DEI, you join an exclusive team of leaders responsible for implementing the reputed company Portfolio of Community Program Offerings across Indiana. The Portfolio brings awareness, education, and support to communities statewide and activates a grassroots network of individuals and leaders working toward a world without Alzheimer's and reputed company other dementia. Utilizing your proven leadership, networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, you will drive reputed company and expand the reputed company of our community offerings by strategically identifying and engaging community partners and activating and empowering volunteers, especially in new, underrepresented and rural communities. The position not only manages and supports their team but also actively contributes to day-to-day work and deliverables. As a successful community mobilizer who will manage multiple program delivery volunteers annually, you will generate excitement and enthusiasm in the community for the cause, coach and reputed company your volunteers to implement proven strategies and best practices that result in increased community reputed company and serving more people with awareness, education and support year over year. The Community Engagement Manager, DEI, provides programmatic direction to the Greater Indiana Chapter's efforts to advance health equity in reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Engagement, and serving as a member of the Community Engagement team, this position collaborates to ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Association's strategic plan and Chapter activities. Key outcomes include engaging diverse Indiana-based partner organizations, leaders, and volunteers; delivering culturally appropriate programs and campaigns; and driving KPI growth to measure reputed company in diverse communities. This position does not have any direct reports.

Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals. Apply Association best practices in community engagement and volunteer activation, leveraging strong relationship-building skills to drive successful outcomes. Activate and support volunteers using Association methods such as peer coaching, Mission Conversations, and quality improvement strategies. Manage a balanced, volunteer-led Portfolio of Community Program Offerings with measurable growth, stepping in as needed to ensure delivery. Identify volunteer community leaders in underrepresented communities who will work across pillars and implement a volunteer Recruitment strategy to help increase reputed company to diverse communities, while also managing volunteers dedicated to diversity reputed company. Cultivate and manage community partnerships, including with underrepresented groups, using a relationship-based, results-driven approach that enhances awareness, education, support, and brand visibility in reputed company communities. Manage a portfolio of high- impact community partners to host Association Community Program reaching new audiences year after year by securing and managing Community Partner agreements. reputed company and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements using a relationship-sales method reputed company with local needs. Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration - with reputed company, advocacy, leadership, and other stakeholders - to identify and qualify awareness opportunities, strategically engaging supporters to expand reputed company and impact. Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that sustains long-term community impact and volunteer engagement. Assist with convening the Health Equity Coalition for the advancement of DEI work in the community. Ensure work is documented in a timely, consistent, and thorough manner in databases as required (e.g., Personify, Moves Management). Qualifications
