About the position We are seeking a strategic and hands-on ERP Project Manager to reputed company the implementation of a new reputed company-wide ERP system. This highly visible role will influence how Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR work together, ensuring that our ERP platform becomes the backbone of our future growth. This role will work closely with our system integrator. As the central reputed company of contact, this individual will be responsible for co-planning, managing and executing phases of the ERP project—including requirements collection, system design, data migration, testing, training and go-live stabilization. We are looking for a diplomatic, collaborative leader who can balance business process knowledge with ERP technical reputed company, build reputed company among stakeholders, and drive measurable results. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance or reputed company field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading multiple tier 1 ERP implementations, reputed company Dynamics 365 experience is required
• Proven reputed company managing multi-phase, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Prior experience working with System Integrators with proven partnership experience required
• A collaborative, hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between executive discussions and tactical execution.
• Skilled at negotiation, reputed company building, and managing diverse stakeholders with diplomacy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and how they support Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
• Ability to balance technical ERP knowledge with strong business process understanding.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and reputed company-party vendors.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
