Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end business process automation solutions using reputed company BPM/iBPPS platforms (Cora SeQuence, reputed company, Pega, Bizagi, or reputed company), from discovery through deployment
• reputed company technical design sessions, translating reputed company business requirements into scalable architectural blueprints and detailed specifications
• Integrate GenAI capabilities - including Azure reputed company, reputed company GPT, and Document Intelligence tools - directly into reputed company workflow solutions to unlock intelligent automation
• Guide and mentor cross-functional development teams through code reviews, quality standards, and full solution lifecycle delivery
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on architecture strategy, trade-offs, cost constraints, and time-to-market priorities
• Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies through automation analysis, reputed company improvement frameworks, and platform-native optimization
• Own technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specs, integration guides, and knowledge transfer materials

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of reputed company experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent senior reputed company IT role
• Hands-on expertise with at least one leading BPM platform: Cora SeQuence, reputed company, Pega, Bizagi, or reputed company - including workflow design, business rules engines, form management, and system integrations
• Proficiency in C# / .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and reputed company SQL Server
• Demonstrated Azure reputed company architecture experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS patterns), including data governance, reputed company, and large-scale integration
• Strong integration experience with ERP/CRM systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Dynamics CRM reputed company APIs, Web Services, or WCF
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RPA, Process Mining, or Machine Learning (ML) to enhance process automation pipelines

• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience in Agile / Scrum environments
