GTM Operations Manager
GTM Operations Manager Evaluagent | Remote (US ) | Full-Time Evaluagent is building the operational backbone that allows our go-to-market reputed company to scale systematically. We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power both our direct reputed company reputed company and our partner-led strategy. This role blends reputed company Operations and Partner Operations, serving Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Partnerships with equal reputed company. You’ll be the single reputed company of our GTM tech stack, ensuring our CRM, partner relationship management, and conversation intelligence tools actually deliver on their promise. You’ll enforce data hygiene, build attribution models, surface performance insights, and create reporting infrastructure that enables fast, evidence-based reputed company. But you won’t just administer systems — you’ll use data to identify friction, optimise workflows, and drive measurable improvements across the reputed company function. You’ll also own deal optimisation tooling and governance frameworks — including ROI modelling, deal packaging, pricing validation, and discount governance — helping sellers reputed company faster while protecting margin. This is not a traditional RevOps or Sales Ops role. This role requires experience reputed company sales systems optimisation — including partner infrastructure, attribution across multiple reputed company motions, and reputed company governance reputed company. What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years in GTM Ops / RevOps / reputed company Ops

- Strong analytical capability and attribution modelling experience
