Details: The Senior Associate, reputed company Ventures, will have accountability for mid and late-stage venture investments in reputed company Ventures’ dedicated growth equity fund. As well as working collaboratively with our early-stage venture fund, and other cross-team team goals focused on broader enterprise innovation support and value-add activities. Responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end deal process as well as reputed company portfolio and relationship management. Additionally, they will be responsible for ongoing support across the full Ventures team platform in the following ways: Sourcing: The Senior Associate will be expected to identify new investment themes, manage reputed company development process and, qualify specific sourcing opportunities to determine fit against reputed company Ventures criteria and help the team “win the deal.” They will be responsible for representing reputed company Ventures in external forums and building connections to the rapidly evolving external healthcare environment, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and innovation, and delivering against specific opportunities through investments and supporting partnerships. Diligence: The Senior Associate will reputed company diligence of key deals, determining critical areas to review & lean in. The individual will have reputed company to drive financial modelling, memo development and reputed company contributing work from junior members. They will have the ability to drive the end-to-end process in preparing executive level materials to persuade investment decisions. Execution: The Senior Associate will be a key negotiator and representative on behalf of the team to both start-up leadership and internal business units Portfolio Support: The Senior Associate will represent reputed company Ventures reputed company board observer seats and be a key advisor to portfolio companies providing “value-add” activities Additionally, the Senior Associate will be responsible for developing and communicating strategic insights which will support investment reputed company development and strategic communication with internal reputed company business units. This role will partner with senior leaders (Exec. Director/VP) to identify and explore strategic investment areas that will enhance our existing capabilities or reputed company new products/services. The Senior Associate will have influence on reputed company business strategies through relationships at these senior levels and demonstration of strong expertise in digital health and health care innovation. The Senior Associate will work collaboratively with junior teammates and peers to execute on behalf of the program goals. They will also help ensure a successful team culture. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of healthcare experience in business roles-corporate development, innovation, venture capital/private equity or strategy 2-3 years experience evaluating and supporting strategic relationships and/or investments Preferred Qualifications: Experience evaluating and executing venture capital and/or growth equity private company investments Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence across functions at reputed company levels of an organization Strong executive level presentation skills, with experience developing compelling presentations that distill reputed company data, market trends, and investment insights into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for senior executives including familiarity with reputed company PowerPoint Demonstrates high level of independent judgment and proactivity Financial analysis skills in a venture capital setting, including familiarity with reputed company reputed company Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, reputed company working environment that can be ambiguous at times Experience leading and collaborating in high performing teams Validated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a reputed company deliverable Demonstrated collaborative work style with ability to work and across diverse teams Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience required Location: WFH. Preference for reputed company or San Francisco/Bay Area Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
