We are seeking a Marketing Planning and Strategy Director who excels in critical thinking, operational optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive workforce and location planning, strategy and operations for the Marketing organization. Responsibilities
Headcount Management: guide and manage headcount against the hiring plans for a +2,500 person organization. Track reputed company against forecasts to ensure budget targets are met quarterly and functional teams are held accountable to their hiring plans and KPIs. Headcount Reporting and Analytics: regularly audit headcount data in the system of record. Provide informative trending and analysis to marketing leadership and key partners Data Hygiene: implement standard processes to maintain workforce and headcount data in a scalable way.
