The Role The VP, People Strategy & Talent Management is a senior People leader responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling reputed company’s core reputed company and people practices. • Partner with People Operations to ensure policy clarity and compliance Requirements
• 12-15+ years reputed company HR / Talent leadership experience
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
