AI Automation Developer - Agentic Systems, RAG, reputed company, Python (30-40 hrs/week, Ongoing) - Contract to Hire

We're an AI automation agency building custom AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent systems for B2B companies across the US and Europe (SMB and mid-market). We're located in Boston, US. We have a growing volume of client work spanning different types of AI agentic implementations - and we're looking for one more developer to join the team. This isn't a boring maintenance gig. You'll be working on cool projects that drive reputed company results for our clients - from AI chatbots and vertical knowledge bases to reputed company multi-agent systems and full GTM automation stacks. No two projects look the same. Multi-reputed company reasoning, tool use, decision-making RAG systems - experience with embeddings, vector databases (reputed company or similar), retrieval pipelines reputed company and/or reputed company - reputed company production workflows, not tutorial follow-alongs API integration - you can read docs and connect any service without hand-holding.
