Operations Coordinator 1
reputed company is a leading company in the healthcare sector, and they are seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure first-class service contract process execution on customer service reputed company. The role involves managing billing, maintaining data reputed company, and acting as a liaison with various stakeholders to resolve issues reputed company to invoicing and contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading into reputed company applicable processes including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing reputed company (e.g., field communications, verification along with contract submission prework)
- Responsible for timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and noncontract services

- Maintain install database accuracy by supporting field team and external customers reputed company phone and email

- Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision
- Provide support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales and field service teams

Skills
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or reputed company discipline and minimum one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience
- High proficiency in reputed company Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Outlook, reputed company, Access)
- Minimum two years' experience working with reputed company reputed company
- Ability to communicate using local language
- Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction
