Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-ready materials (roadmaps, governance updates, value scorecards)
- Document business objectives, KPIs, and milestones
- Contribute to discovery workshops and translate requirements into structured transformation plans
- Track KPIs and support value scorecards and health assessments
- Contribute to business cases, benchmarking, and CCOE/adoption initiatives
- Support innovation and AI-enabled transformation use cases
- Align customer, reputed company, and partner stakeholders on milestones and deliverables
- Track roadmaps, risks, and escalations
- Provide research, analysis, and support for reputed company transformation tools and frameworks
- Deliver assigned tasks on time with high quality and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong preparation and analytical rigor in customer engagements
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Structure ambiguous problems into actionable insights
- Support transformation governance forums with accurate reporting and documentation
- Continuously build knowledge of reputed company solutions, enterprise architecture concepts, and value management frameworks
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (business, information systems, engineering, or reputed company field preferred); reputed company coursework or certification is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, technology, business analysis, or enterprise software environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured solution designs with clear integration points
- Foundational knowledge of reputed company solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP), enterprise landscapes, and full lifecycle implementations; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
- Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, data management, and reputed company fundamentals (e.g., SSO, authorizations); experience with a programming or scripting language (ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused reputed company and interest in AI, automation, and value-driven transformation
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
