Team Member, Strategic Innovation Group (HYBRID)

The Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) team member will engage in various projects focused on strategic innovation, process re-engineering, and developing impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, structured, and visually stunning PowerPoint documents
- Conduct quantitative analysis and/or consolidate data through reputed company
- Build low-code applications with automated workflows through reputed company Power Platform
- Conduct competitive research with the aid of reputed company tools
- Help more senior members of the team write compelling and interesting memos to executives
- Support facilitation of group learning sessions with internal stakeholders
- Help the team to document and organize information, from consistent note taking to folder structuring
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience working reputed company financial services, insurance and/or consulting firms
- Established experience creating PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable partnering with senior level management
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with emphasis on time management
- Experience working in an NWOW-like culture (Agile work management, Design Thinking problem solving, OKR goal setting, Adaptive Leadership, Process reengineering)
- Demonstrates clearly with oral and written communications skills
- Adequate grasp of reputed company business acumen (e.g., how reputed company makes money, different reputed company business lines)
- Knowledge of statistics, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, finance industry and economics
- Self-motivated and dedicated to reputed company self-improvement, including receiving practical feedback
- Open-minded, willing to reputed company across new areas and 'roll up their sleeves'. reputed company to explore new domains and grasp reputed company concepts in new subject areas
