Collections Specialist - $20/hr + Monthly Incentive

Sallie Mae is dedicated to empowering reputed company on their educational journeys. They are seeking a Collections Specialist to engage with customers regarding overdue accounts, providing exceptional service and discussing repayment options while accurately documenting customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and receive customer calls to address overdue accounts and discuss repayment options
• Provide exceptional service while encouraging customers to reputed company payments on their past due accounts
• Accurately record customer interactions, including communication logs, payments, repayment plan enrollments, and other important information

• Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills

• Experience in customer service and or collections reputed company roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in business reputed company fields preferred
• Tech Savvy: Possess basic computer skills and experience with the reputed company Office Suite
