Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers across multiple teams to create compelling candidate experiences
- Coordinating reputed company interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews
- Managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
- Providing office management support for employees based in reputed company and the surrounding areas
- Coordinating and managing the reputed company Office co-working space
Skills
- Professional reputed company or people coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating reputed company interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews, often working with multiple time zones and regional offices
- Proficient and enjoys managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Process-oriented and reputed company to adapt and modify systems to suit changing business requirements
- Ability to manage external reputed company vendor coordination
- Experience coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
- Ability to reputed company office management support for our employees based in reputed company and the surrounding areas
- Experience at a software startup preferred
- Professional experience with reputed company or other applicant tracking systems a plus
