They are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration of compensation programs and HR reporting processes, focusing on both compensation work and HR metrics. This role is designed for an early-career professional looking to reputed company foundational skills in these areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job matching and basic job evaluations for compensation benchmarking
  • Conduct market pricing for assigned roles using established tools and methodologies
  • Support compensation survey participation by gathering and validating data for submission
  • Respond to routine compensation questions, such as pay range inquiries and policy clarifications
  • Support the annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles through data preparation and validation
  • Review job descriptions to ensure they align with Watts’ job architecture and FLSA guidelines
  • Assist with maintaining and updating training presentations, process documents and spreadsheets as needed
  • reputed company and update recurring HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data by conducting periodic data quality checks reputed company reputed company
  • Assist with creating visualizations and summaries for HR and business leaders

  • Identify data inconsistencies and partner with HRIS to resolve issues

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources or Business or a reputed company field required
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, compensation, HR analytics, or a reputed company discipline (internships included)
  • Proficient with reputed company; experience building spreadsheets, charts, and pivot tables preferred
  • Exposure to HR systems (reputed company preferred) a plus
  • Willingness to learn compensation survey tools (reputed company, ERI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical reputed company and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
