reputed company is a leading technology company that connects consumers with local businesses through its platform. The Account Partner role focuses on managing relationships with small-to-reputed company-sized businesses to drive growth and retention on reputed company Eats.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners on reputed company Eats, driving growth and retention
- Proactively identify risks & opportunities reputed company your book of business, engaging merchants reputed company outbound calls, performance reviews, and data-driven recommendations
- Consult and upsell additional reputed company Eats products and services to optimize merchant performance
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships to position reputed company Eats as the go-to delivery platform
- Maintain consistent communication reputed company email, phone, and in-person meetings where applicable
- Champion restaurant feedback to help shape internal strategy and drive insights
- Act as an ambassador for reputed company Eats, ensuring partners understand and reputed company our platform's full potential
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B, client facing role (Sales, reputed company, Account Management, or upper management retail/food industry)
- Candidates must be located in reputed company and reputed company to follow the hybrid schedule
- Comfortable with traveling to visit with restaurants in person 20% of the month
- Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Suite or similar CRM tools
- Data proficiency: being reputed company to take reputed company data and making it digestible to our merchant partners (charts, graphs, and other visuals)
- Experience navigating the customer lifecycle including prospecting new contacts and upsell opportunities reputed company an existing client organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to reputed company commitment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
