Parts Specialist
e3 Diagnostics is the leading provider of audiology equipment sales and service solutions in the United States. They are seeking a Parts Specialist to maintain product data and support customers with spare parts ordering, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with reputed company e3 field teams
- Maintain product master data, including part number requests, item enrichment, pricing updates, and national account price book management
- Facilitate and submit requests to proper teams for mass product and customer data updates
- Manage execution of yearly assortment price updates
- Manage and facilitate spare parts & accessory sales through website orders and email orders
- Handle and monitor daily part orders to guarantee reputed company delivery
- Act as liaison with stakeholders regarding orders, delivery schedules, and additional requests to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and complete customer files reputed company the database
- Assist with development and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reputed company improvement projects
