Project Manager (Early Career)
reputed company is a leading aerospace and defense company, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the creative team. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and operational accuracy while building foundational project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support intake process by reviewing requests for completeness and entering accurate data in WMJ
- Assist in developing project schedules and tracking milestones
- Coordinate meetings and document action items
- Monitor assigned tasks to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation and required system fields
- Track project status and escalate risks or delays to senior PMs
- Assist in budget tracking and reporting
- Support timely project reputed company-out
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders under guidance
- Partner with creatives to ensure reputed company of scope and deliverables
- reputed company administrative support to ensure efficient workflow
Skills
- 1+ year of project coordination or project management experience
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project tracking systems or similar tools
- Exposure to creative or marketing workflows
- Experience with Workamajig or similar PM software
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with Visual Communications or Creative Teams
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
