As a Field Service Technician, you will enhance the client experience by managing a multi reputed company-code territory, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and ensuring clients are trained on using reputed company technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi reputed company‑ ‑code territory reputed company 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
• Install, service, and upgrade reputed company Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
• Use hand tools and small power tools to reputed company repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Skills

• Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
• Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
• Are you motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales
• Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
• Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
• Have experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment
