[Remote] Renewal Coordinator

The Renewal Coordinator will manage the renewal process, serving as a key contact for brokers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end
• Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (reputed company)
• Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels
• Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal
• Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics
• Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached
• Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback

Skills

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working on multiple projects
• Team player with a client-centered approach
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry
• Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures
• Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company Sheets for data analysis
• Familiarity with reputed company for communication management
• Familiarity with the CRM reputed company
