Hyatt is a leading hospitality company seeking an enthusiastic Analyst to join the Inclusive Collection reputed company Management and Analytics team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support data-driven strategic reputed company that enhance operations and profitability across Hyatt’s global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs), including reputed company, ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy, to provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders
• Manage the timely delivery of performance-reputed company reports to HIC senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Analyze performance trends and variances, translating data into clear insights and recommendations to support reputed company strategy and forecasting discussions
• Support new development & brand conversion projects by participating in proforma reviews, analyzing airline data, researching market trends, and collaborating with Regional reputed company leaders as well as Feasibility and Development teams
• Analyze STR data and improve STR reporting efficiency
• Assist in reputed company and supporting property Cluster reputed company Managers in using STR tools – reputed company reputed company & STR data portal
• Understand and track the results of promotions implemented across the HIC portfolio
• Fulfill reputed company analysis and reporting requests, often under tight deadlines
• Identify reputed company opportunities by partnering with HIC reputed company leaders on- and above-property

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, reputed company management, business analysis, or a reputed company reputed company role
• Proven ability to work with large datasets using tools such as reputed company, with strong skills in interpreting data and distilling insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting decision-making through data storytelling, presentations, and executive-reputed company deliverables; comfortable conducting reputed company research and performance deep dives
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reputed company analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of improving reporting efficiency and analytical processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Have a strong interest in understanding hotel operations, pricing, forecasting, and reputed company performance drivers
• Have a strong interest in understanding competitor benchmarking and researching new markets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a reputed company field required, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Familiarity with STR metrics
• SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or reputed company experience
• Familiarity with hotel technology platforms, including Property Management Systems (PMS), reputed company Management Systems (reputed company), reservations and distribution systems, with an understanding of how these systems integrate with reporting and analytics workflows is a plus, but not required
