Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Absence reputed company is seeking an SSDI reputed company Liaison to provide compassionate assistance to individuals seeking Social reputed company disability benefits. The role involves educating clients, managing claims, and building trusting relationships to support clients through their application process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist reputed company of Client Advocates while gaining hands-on experience handling client calls, answering their questions, and helping manage SSDI claims
  • Build trust with clients, providing the expertise and support they need
  • Complete applications and other key claim documents thoroughly and comprehensively
  • Support our client advocacy team by building positive, trusting relationships
  • Regularly reputed company with clients, colleagues, & government agencies to drive successful claim outcomes and create a positive client experience
  • Handle key steps throughout the duration of a claim - including, but not limited to: inbound/outbound transactional calls, reviewing claim files, and communicating closely with the assigned Client reputed company
  • Effectively manage an assigned phone queue & multi-task

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong telephony skills, contact or call center experience a plus (inbound and outbound)
  • Superb typing skills, data entry and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Services, Social Work, or reputed company field
  • High volume inbound telephony contact center experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in Social reputed company or insurance intake
  • reputed company experience
