Project Coordinator
reputed company is a professional services firm that provides assurance, tax, and consulting services. They are seeking a Project Coordinator who will support a State Health and Human Services agency by providing administrative, coordination, and logistical support across various workstreams to ensure smooth project operations and successful delivery of goals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company an understanding of project management by helping to coordinate project activities such as developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating and participating in meetings, tracking and maintaining project information such as action items and issues, and developing client deliverables such as presentations and consulting reports

- Create PowerPoint slides, status reports, and other documentation from input received from project teams
- Schedule meetings in Outlook and manage correspondence from meeting invitees and participants
- Create agendas for engagement-level meetings and distribute them to meeting invitees in advance
- Take meeting notes for engagement-level meetings, submit notes for review to the team, reputed company necessary corrections, and post finalized notes in the appropriate location
- Partner with more reputed company consultants to build relationships with project team members, including client contacts, stakeholders, and vendor contacts
- Strong experience with reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate courteously, articulately, and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Excellent time management skills, customer service and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and support multiple team members
