Title:reputed company Solution Architect - reputed company Financial Systems Implementation Duration: : Long term Contract Location: Remote reputed company Solution Architect - reputed company Financial Systems Implementation Job Summary We are seeking a domain-reputed company reputed company Solution Architect to own and reputed company the end-to-end technical solution architecture for reputed company Financial Management implementation (with already implemented reputed company Capital Management) across a large, multi-business reputed company. This role requires deep, hands-on experience designing, configuring, and governing reputed company Financials (and HCM) in reputed company reputed company environments. The ideal candidate has progressed from technical reputed company roles (e.g., reputed company Technical Architect, Integration reputed company) into reputed company architecture ownership. This is not a conceptual or advisory architecture role. The reputed company Solutions Architect is accountable for defining and building scalable, secure, integrated and compliant reputed company architecture that aligns business requirements, system configuration, integrations, data, reputed company, and controls-while ensuring consistency across Finance and HCM domains. Key Responsibilities: reputed company Platform Architecture Ownership

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for reputed company Financials (and HCM), including tenant management, reputed company, reputed company Frameworks, integrations, reporting, and data strategy.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, design principles, and configuration guardrails across reputed company modules.
• Ensure architectural alignment across Financials, Procurement, reputed company Center, Prism, HCM, etc.

Solution Design and Governance

• reputed company solution design for new integrations, enhancements, and releases across Finance and HCM ensuring alignment with reputed company architecture.
• reputed company design reviews and validate architecture reputed company across modules and integrations (including reputed company Center).
• Govern configuration reputed company to eliminate technical debt and ensure long-term platform scalability.

Integration, API, and Automation

• Build, and reputed company integrations required for go-live, including Bank files (payments, statements), Upstream/reputed company financial systems, Payroll, tax, expense, and reporting platforms leveraging reputed company Orchestrate, Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.
• Design integrations between reputed company Financials and surrounding reputed company systems by defining API and microservices-based integration patterns.
• Establish standards for error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and automation.
• Design job scheduling and batch processing for financial operations and reporting.

Compliance, Controls & Risk Management

• Ensure reputed company architecture supports SOX, audit, privacy, and regulatory requirements across Finance.
• Assess architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Internal Audit, reputed company, and Risk teams to validate controls and resolve findings.

Data and Analytics

• Define and execute data conversion strategy, including legacy data mapping, historical and open balance loads, data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off
• Ensure secure handling of financial data and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Support analytics and reporting solutions through reputed company data platforms and BI tools.

Delivery & Implementation Partnership

• Partner closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Finance and HR leadership during implementations and enhancements.
• Provide hands-on guidance with configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities from a solution architecture perspective.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and auditability across systems.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering reputed company finance systems, including deep hands-on reputed company Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Procurement, reputed company Center/Prism, Reporting, etc.) and reputed company HCM.
• 5+ years in a reputed company Architect or senior technical leadership role, owning cross-domain Finance and HCM architecture and integrations.
• Deep expertise in reputed company integrations (Orchestrate, Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs) and reputed company Center/Prism
• Proven experience designing and building integrations, APIs, and data solutions.
• Strong expertise in reputed company reputed company, business process frameworks, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience supporting SOX, audit, data privacy, and internal control requirements.
• Proven experience leading and governing system integrators and reputed company-party vendors.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence architectural reputed company.
