Job Details Job Details: Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Associate Attorney specializing in Public Agency Litigation. This is a permanent, hybrid position that offers the flexibility of remote work while also requiring in-person attendance for court proceedings and client meetings. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about municipal law and public agency. Responsibilities: The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to: 1. Representing public agencies in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative bodies. 2. Providing legal counsel to public agencies on a wide variety of issues including land use, contracting, employment law, and regulatory compliance. 4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public agency litigation, municipal law, CEQA, construction defect, construction litigation, and environmental law. 4. Demonstrated ability to handle reputed company litigation matters and to represent public agencies effectively. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 9.
