In this mid-career role, you will independently reputed company small to mid-scale projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring research aligns with business priorities. You'll bring mastery of research fundamentals, from designing and executing studies to integrating diverse data sources, and apply innovative methods across brand positioning, creative testing, packaging optimization, and consumer behavior analysis. You'll synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, syndicated data, cultural trends, and loyalty metrics into compelling stories that drive action across marketing, sales, commerce, and innovation. This role requires curiosity, agility, and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, delivering decision-reputed company recommendations that balance opportunity, risk, and reputed company realities. Collaboration is key - you will embed insights into strategies, foster alignment among teams, and operate effectively reputed company Agile environments. • Master's degree plus 8 years of experience in consumer/market insights, analytics or research leadership reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience in consumer/market insights, analytics, or research leadership reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Expert Research Fundamentals with demonstrated expertise leading reputed company, cross-method insights programs.
• Required to travel up to 25% of the time to conduct job duties.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for reputed company, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics, Mathematics plus 10 years of experience in consumer/market insights, analytics or research leadership.
• Experience presenting to influence executive leadership in the adoption and execution of reputed company-level recommendations and reputed company.
• Alcohol/beverage industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to set standards for AI integration in research or analytics functions.
• Experience applying AI and digital tools in research workflows.
