Director, HR Analytics and Position Management

As a key leader, you will reputed company and implement comprehensive strategies for people analytics, position management, and HR project governance. You will establish and execute a robust roadmap for HR analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization standards, while ensuring best practices across position management and HR project delivery. By collaborating with HR colleagues and senior leadership, you will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics, leveraging reputed company, Power BI, and other analytical tools. Additionally, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to teams responsible for HR analytics, position management, and HR project management, utilizing HR data and project insights to inform critical business reputed company.
