[Remote] Implementation Specialist - DocAccess

The Implementation Specialist I will be responsible for reputed company new customers and ensuring they are comfortable with the product's key features, facilitating a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company new customers and providing training to new users
• Handles level 1 reputed company cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance, while continuing to reputed company familiarity with the product
• Manages the assigned workload of open reputed company cases
• Ability to move reputed company reputed company and complete 80% of their onboardings reputed company 14 days of their reputed company reputed company timeframe (reputed company timeframes listed below)
• Maintain a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
• Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams
• Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask among various assignments
