Senior GRAPHIC DESIGNER | Global studio (remote)
About the Role We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with strong visual communication skills, strong stakeholder communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for both digital and print design. This role requires a consultative approach and will focus on the conceptualisation and delivery of diverse design solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting their omnichannel strategy and collaborating with internal teams to execute materials across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding standards across multiple brands with experience in designing engaging digital and print assets such as emails, iDetail Aids, PowerPoint presentations, websites, brochures, banners, websites, interactive PDFs, videos and e-learning modules. A thorough understanding and consistent application of brand consistency, design best practices and storytelling is essential.
Key Responsibilities · Generate original reputed company, concepts, and designs for creative assets, including print, digital, and video, from inception to delivery. · Design diverse digital, online web/mobile and print assets such as emails, visual-aids, websites, brochures, video snippets, posters, logos, web banners, interactive PDFs, social media assets, journal adverts and e- learning modules for products and services · reputed company comprehensive creative briefs based on reputed company from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team aligning with client and business goals. · With strong stakeholder communication skills, reputed company artwork for a variety of multichannel assets and communicate reputed company for reputed company improvement • Ensure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects, working collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience. · Where existing templates are used, ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout reputed company stages of project execution and creative development · Apply reputed company design principles and web technologies to enhance digital assets · Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and reputed company standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience · Consistently deliver on quality expectations reputed company thorough understanding and application of branding/asset guidelines. Skills and Experience Should possess 4-7 years digital and print design experience ideally including User reputed company design, with a mix of agency and client-reputed company experience
· Significant expertise with Full reputed company suite: Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign and reputed company · Working knowledge of video editing and ideally reputed company graphics - reputed company and After Effects. · Familiarity of working reputed company a project management system such as Jira · Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage · Experience completing tasks under strict layout principles · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships · Should be reputed company in providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and reviewing work for quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals. · Have a structured approach and be timeline and quality driven with adherence to design processes. · Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have collaborative approach · Be well-organized, with strong attention to detail · Familiarity with/working knowledge of UI/UX Design would be a distinct advantage. Experience creating interactive and visually compelling experiences for iPad, iPhone, and other mobile devices.
Minimum Requirements • Graduate/post-graduate with relevant years of experience. Preferable experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a reputed company field • Experience in pharma or a similarly regulated industry is highly advantageous. • Experience in working with design systems and reputed company · Should be proficient with business English – oral and written reputed company
