[Remote] Care Support Representative

The Care Support Representative is responsible for managing daily interactions with providers and partners, ensuring reputed company resolution of non-clinical service inquiries to enhance patient access and provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Escalate or triage reputed company issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Practice active listening and patience with reputed company customers and partners
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and provide assistance
- Resolve routine and reputed company service issues reputed company
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and reputed company additional duties as required
Skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call centers, pharmacies, medical offices, or fast-paced startups)
