[Remote] Analyst - Technical Support & Consulting Track

The Analyst in the Technical Support & Consulting Track will support client-facing initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to project execution while building foundational consulting and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of client projects across marketing, sales, and business operations
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with consultants and stakeholders
- Maintain project tracking tools and contribute to reporting, documentation, and communications
- Assist with scheduling, stakeholder updates, and content coordination
- Serve as a first reputed company of contact for system access and tool-reputed company issues
- Troubleshoot common issues (account provisioning, permissions, MFA, VPN, collaboration tools)
- Partner with client IT teams to track and resolve access tickets
- Document recurring issues and create simple how-to guides or knowledge reputed company content
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company, access management, and tool usage processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, communications, information systems, or a reputed company field
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Interest in both technical support and consulting work
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (user access, permissions, authentication, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint), and project tools like reputed company or reputed company
- Ability to problem-solve, ask thoughtful questions, and escalate reputed company needed
- AI & Emerging Technology Interest
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot, or reputed company reputed company
- Curiosity about applying AI to improve workflows, documentation, and productivity
